What helps us diagnose brand-specific problems faster
Two appliances can have the same symptom and completely different causes. The brand and model number help the technician check the right parts, service information and failure pattern before the visit.
- Brand and model number. The model tag is usually inside the door, frame, drawer area or behind the appliance.
- Appliance type and symptom. Tell us what it is doing: no cooling, no heat, leaking, not draining, not spinning, error code or loud noise.
- City, ZIP code and photos. A photo of the model tag, error code or leak area can save time on the first visit.

Brand Repair Questions
Quick answers before you choose a brand page or request an appointment.
Which appliance brands does AGB service?
AGB services many common residential appliance brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, GE, Frigidaire and KitchenAid. Other brands may also be accepted based on the appliance type, model and parts availability.
Do you repair microwaves?
No. AGB does not repair microwaves. We focus on major residential appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, cooktops, ice makers and garbage disposals.
Do you offer same-day brand appliance repair?
Same-day and next-day appointments may be available depending on your address, appliance type, technician route and schedule. Brand, model number and symptom help us check the job before booking.
Do you use original parts?
When a part is needed, the technician explains the repair option and part choice before work starts. Some repairs use manufacturer parts, and some use high-quality compatible parts when that is the better available option.
Is it better to search by brand or by appliance type?
If you know the manufacturer, start with the brand page. If the brand is unclear, start with the appliance type, such as refrigerator repair, washer repair, dryer repair or dishwasher repair.
What should I have ready before calling?
Have the brand, model number, appliance type, ZIP code, main symptom and any error code ready. A photo of the model tag or damaged area can also help.
Need help with a brand appliance today?
