We mainly relied on reviews just like what I am providing now to narrow down our decision. Even though it was at 8 pm, we received a response back with a promise to be at our home the next day at 6 pm. We received a phone call when they were 30 minutes out and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary replacement part, and set another appointment to complete the repairs. Again, when they were 30 minutes out, we received another call to let us know. We know many people are quick to provide a negative review, but not as quick to leave a positive review. We wanted to make sure we spent the time to leave this positive review so that anyone who needs appliance repair should consider using AGB appliance repair.   The repairman, Andrei, did a fantastic job. He was efficient and quick in repairing my noisy dryer. He knew what parts to order on a Friday and was back on... read more Monday (!) to do the repair. We didn't expect him to have the parts and come back so soon, and so there was a mixup on our part, but he was diligent and patient in trying to contact us. The cost of the repair was fair, too.
